Your body has its own wisdom - and its own language to convey that wisdom to you. All day long your body sends you subtle - and sometimes not so subtle - messages about what it needs. Most of us have been taught to ignore these messages. We’ve started to view aches and pains as inconveniences at best and enemies at the worst. We’ve been told to take some tylenol and keep on keeping on. But what if it didn’t have to be that way? What if we could remember that these adversaries are actually messages? Messages that are trying to guide you back home to yourself, to your body, to health, to wholeness.
It’s time for you to start listening.
